IIM Kashipur Sets New Records with Highest Package of Rs 37 Lakh

IIM Kashipur, known for its excellence in management education, proudly announced a 100% placement record for its 2021-23 MBA and MBA-Analytics batch. One of the standout highlights of this placement season was the jaw-dropping highest annual salary offered – a whopping Rs 37 lakh.

The institute reported an impressive average cost to the company (CTC) of Rs 18.11 lakh for its graduating students. This substantial average CTC showcases the quality of education and talent pool at IIM Kashipur.

This placement season was not only successful but also incredibly efficient. It concluded on January 10, 2023, making it the fastest closure ever. This rapid placement season endorses the demand for IIM Kashipur graduates in the corporate world.

The 2021-23 batch at IIM Kashipur witnessed substantial increases in CTC figures. The average CTC saw a 19% rise compared to previous years, reaching Rs 18.11 lakh. The median CTC also surged by 16% to reach Rs 17.2 lakh. The top 10% of students achieved an average CTC of Rs 28.5 lakh per annum, while the upper 20% secured an average CTC of Rs 25.9 lakh per annum. Even the top 30% achieved an impressive average CTC of Rs 24.5 lakh.

IIM Kashipur has established itself as a pioneer in maintaining the Indian Placement Reporting Standards (IPRS). The institute underwent a rigorous assessment, adhering meticulously to the stringent IPRS guidelines for both summer and final placements.

This placement season at IIM Kashipur welcomed new organizations into the fold, alongside the established ones. Notable newcomers included HashiCorp, EXL Analytics, Royal Bank of Scotland, Nomura, MTR Group, and many others.
